In fact it is now the latter – a project in the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales. Yet the 4-acre woodland site, overlooking an award-winning village and unspoilt valley, remained unsold for over a year because prospective purchasers couldn’t ‘see’ it. They just saw problems. Good architects see solutions! In this case we secured a revised planning consent three times the size of the original consent that came with the sale. And now we’re steering it to completion on site.
My 30+ years experience tells me that for the client the process of building a house, an extension, or even a loft conversion can be an emotional journey.
Why is out strapline promise to you ‘Serviced Design‘?
Because we offer:
We want your project to be an epic journey of discovery in which our promise to you is realised: ‘Serviced Design’.
I know from 30+ years experience that for the client the process of building a new house, or an extension or loft conversion can be an emotional journey. The rare opportunity to create a personal space for living or working is invested with a highly charged significance at an almost primeval level; it is absolutely essential that the client’s architect can interpret their ideas and vision correctly.
I have over 30 years experience as a chartered architect, as set out in the attached detailed CV.
We are now based in the Brecon Beacons, South Wales, but with clients as far away as London and Kent. The practice is my response to what I see as a need for experienced, affordable, client-focused architectural services.
