Consent to infill obtained in Pontardawe
Stephen Waldron was commissioned to obtain consent to infill a gap in a historic terrace in Pontardawe.
Formed after demolition in the 1960s, the terrace is highly visible as one proceeds northwards from the town. Consent for this 4-bed house and car parking was recently obtained.
