We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Stephen on our planning application. The process was smooth and without any hiccups. Stephen is very knowledgeable of local planning regulations. Communication was excellent with Stephen answering the phone at all times and emails answered in a day, sometimes within the hour. He contacted for us all external agencies and spoke personally with planners. We would highly recommend this company.

I am pleased to report back that the works have proceeded seamlessly, in an efficient and pleasant manner. Mr Stephen Waldron has advised me that if I have any observations, notes etc on damages, whatever, to report them to yourself now.  Happily there are none, save to compliment Mr Waldron on his choice of builder, whom has gone out of his way to minimise disruption and detritus that is inevitably associated with such a project.

I am very glad everything with the project has gone swimmingly.  Mr Waldron did plan meticulously and as such I am not too surprised that there are no resulting issues due to the works.   (commenting on the Party Wall aspects of a barn repairs/conversion project in the Brecon Beacons).

We had a really excellent service from Stephen and his team for our full house renovation……. I can’t recommend Stephen enough. We loved his green credentials and passion. He is completely professional and we owe our fantastic living arrangements here in Cardiff to him. We are going to enjoy this house for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much!
