Having been appointed to design and manage the project, we have just submitted a planning application to Bridgend Council to extend the production Headquarters for the company that makes puff pastry for Marks and Spencer and many others food retailers.

The works provide new and greatly expanded refrigerated, chilled and ambient storage, and doubles the office floor area.

By installing two large photo-voltaic arrays on the roofs the facility not only requires significantly less grid-based power but also generates a significant income from its feed-in tariff.
